We do offer worldwide shipping, all rates are provided at checkout depending on selected country.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed and packaged within 1-5 days from date of purchase. All items are shipped via courier, and shipping confirmations along with tracking numbers will be sent via SMS or Email once ready.
My order shipped - where is it?
Once your order is in the hands of the Courier, Reborn Club has no control or leverage of the status of the package, and assumes no responsibilities.
Estimated delivery time within Canada is anywhere from 1-12 business days.
Estimated delivery time within the USA is anywhere from 1-12 business days.
Estimated delivery time Internationally is anywhere from 1-30 business days.
Can I pick up my order if I'm local?
Yes! We do offer a free local pickup option at checkout. Once the order is ready, you will get an exact location along with detailed instructions on how/when you can pick up your order.
How do I care for my pieces?
We recommend you wash your items inside out in COLD + DELICATES setting and hang to dry. Wash with like colours and items. Do not iron directly on designs and do not take to the apparel to a dry cleaner.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
How do I return an item?
All items are final sale. At the moment, we are not accepting any returns.
If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, and a description of the issue.

Can I exchange an item? The size isn't right for me.
If you receive your order and would like to change/exchange sizes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and the product and size you'd like to exchange to. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as our stock fluctuates and we may not have your desired size in stock. Exchanges are only accepted as long as the apparel is in its original form, unworn, free of scents, any marks or stains and with tags attached.
You have 14 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED to qualify for an exchange. The customer is fully responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us at email@example.com. Order cancellations are accepted within a 24 hour window of placing your order. Any cancellation requests outside of this window will not be accepted.
